The Expo Date is to celebrate the most popular fruit of San Luis Rio Colorado (SLRC), with the participation of all the fruit producing companies, located in the municipality. During the exhibition you can visit each of the stands where dishes and different products made from dates will be offered, while enjoying live music and cultural performances during the event. The goal of this expo is to make visitors aware of the importance of the date for the region and the recognition of SLRC as the largest producer of the fruit nationwide. SLRC is also known as the #DateCapital.

La Expo Dátil es una fiesta dedicada al dátil, donde participan todas las empresas productoras del fruto que se encuentran en nuestro municipio. Durante la exposición podrán visitar cada uno de los stands donde se ofrecerán platillos y distintos productos hechos a base de dátil, mientras disfrutan de la música en vivo y las presentaciones culturales durante el evento. El objetivo es dar a conocer a los visitantes de la importancia del dátil para la región y el reconocimiento de San Luis Río Colorado como el mayor productor del fruto a nivel nacional, por ello es #LaCapitalDelDátil.
