Kelley, President & CEO of Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation, and Nazzer O. Mendez, Executive Director of 4FrontED.
The discussion will be moderated by Linda Elliott-Nelson, Strategic Partnership at Arizona Western College, and Jenny Torres, Economic Development Manager for the City of San Luis. Panelists will talk about what they do, regional collaboration along the border, and how they play a part in the cross-border relationship of the United States and Mexico.
